How to delete your account

Step 1: login to your outspection account

  • Login to your account using your username and password

  • Click on the ‘Profile’ Icon on the lower right corner the navigation bar

  • Select ‘My account’

Step 2: Locate the Account deletion option

  • Scroll the tab navigation to locate the ‘Security’ tab

  • Click on the ‘Security’ Tab

  • Scroll down to the ‘Delete your account’ section

Step 3: Fill in the delete request form

  • Provide a reason for requesting the account deletion

  • You are encouraged to enter a comment for feedback

  • Enter your account password (to prevent others from deleting your account)

Step 4: Acknowledge that deleting your account is irreversible

  • Check the box saying that you understand that this action is irreversible

  • Before deleting your account, please make sure you do not have any pending actions or payment.

  • Click on the ‘Delete account’ button to proceed with deletion.

Step 5: Confirm account deletion

Step 6: Success.

  • The request to delete your account has been sent to the OutSpection.com team

  • They will verify if you do not have any pending transactions, payment or action before proceeding with the deletion.

  • If there is anything amiss, the support team will get in touch with you.

  • Once your account is deleted, you will receive a confirmation email.
